but in the parting of knees,
in the hush between inhale and moan.

There is curiosity in your touch,
but no hesitation
only the kind of safety
that makes surrender feel
like instinct.

I open for you,
rise above you,
melt into you
not to be taken,
but to be met.

I arch like moonlight
stretched over tide,
soft and inevitable,
yearning to break ashore.

My body speaks in pulses
rolling waves
in ancient knowing 
nature’s rhythm
taking over.

And then I let go
into the edge
into the moment 
into you.
